Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges for following reasons:

  • Items has to be sent back to our office maximum 3 days after the package has been received by customer.
  • All items to be exchanged has to be NEW, UNWORN, UNWASHED and label still attached
  • The item that you received has a production fault (defect).
  • The item that you received is too big or too small.
  • Customers are responsible for all Return Shipping Fees.

We will not accept returns/exchanges for the following reasons:

  • The item(s) has signs of wear or has a defect due to customer’s actions.
  • No refunds or exchanges for SALE items.
  • Due to different monitors and browsers, clothing color may appear different on different screens and devices. By checking the box on the checkout screen you are agreeing that you have read, understand and agree to these terms. There are no returns due to color variances.
  • Due to 100% handmade, all patterns and colors may be different on each productions. By checking the box on the checkout screen you are agreeing that you have read, understand and agree to these terms.
  • Alcohol, strong chemical detergent, direct sunlight can cause discoloration of any natural dye items; this is not a manufacturing defect. Please follow care instructions to keep your Semilir items in the best condition
  • All customized items are not eligible for return/refund/exchanges.
  • We do not guarantee all goods will be received on regular time, since there might be some problems happened such as the address cannot be found or there are no receiver on the destination address at the time goods are arrived), but we will make sure all goods will be arrive to your destination address, if you find problem on the delivery process, you can directly contact us.
  • Please understand that we cannot be responsible for delay caused by courier services.
  • Your order will only be processed after we receive the payment confirmation
  • Please allow 2 days to ship your order after payment confirmation. We take one day for payment checking and we will ship your order after payment checking is complete on the next day.(Please see our shipping schedules stated on our next paragraph).
  • We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer. Please note that we are unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment.
  • For pre-order items, shipping schedule might vary
  • We do not ship on Sunday and public holiday
